We recently used, or up-cycled, 300 year old floorboards at an Alpaca farm in Kent. The requirement was to re-clad a room in the main farm. Rather than a modern solution we used the floorboards to create an eye catching solution, which I am sure you will agree is absolutely stunning! The floorboards were skimmed to 8mm, glued and pinned, and then secret nailed to the wall.
